Try our website at support.nintendo.com or call our Consumer Assistance Hotline at 1-800-255-3700, rather than going to your retailer. Hours of operation are 6 a.m. To 7 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday.

  1. Please ensure that you are running the latest PowerSaves 3DS software

  2. Doom 2016 steam. Unreal tournament franchise. We would recommend using a different USB cable with the PowerSaves 3DS transfer dock.

  3. Please try configuring or temporarily disabling your firewall software or any similar software to allow the PowerSaves 3DS software access to the internet. If this resolved the situation then please update your firewall rules.

  4. Please try using a different computer to confirm if the problems which you are experiencing are limited to your computer setup.

    If you continue to experience the same problems after following the above suggestions, please can we ask you to answer the following questions in your support request to enable us to advise you further:

    • Please can you provide your PowerSaves 3DS license key and the registered email address.

    • Please can you detail the messages reported by the PowerSaves 3DS software when inserting your 3DS game cartridges.

    • Please can you confirm the version of Windows which you are using for example Windows 7 64bit.

    • Please can you confirm if you were able to try using a different computer and if the computers share the same internet connection. Tools aurora co.

    • Please can you confirm if known the type of internet connection in use or your internet provider.

    • Please confirm that the registered email address and license key are correctly entered within the PowerSaves 3DS software options screen

I have changed my computer, how to adapt my license on it?
→ You have to determine your new TARGET-ID and modify it in your download Center (license transfer):

To request a license transfer, you have to:

1/ Generate the new TARGET-ID corresponding to your new machine (please refer to the TARGET-ID article in 6-Download in the installation guide) and get ready to paste it.

Picture in picture 1 1. 2/ Go to your Download Center.

→ To access it, first click on CONNECT at the top of the page (1) → Login (2) → then click on your initials (3) to access to your profile which includes your download center. Once on your download Center (4), choose CATIA Student Edition Software and click on 'Instructions' (5), scroll to Step B: your license is already activated and your previous TARGET-ID is mentioned in green.

To update it, paste your new TARGET-ID in the dedicated field and click on 'ACTIVATE MY COMPUTER'.
You will receive shortly after an email with your new license (.lic) file based on new the TARGET-ID.

Once your License file (.lic) received, import it in your Nodelock Management to activate it.
